Featuring, Le Bon Nosh

ROLE
Photographer

This project involved creating a personal branding campaign for a real estate agent, culminating in a striking photoshoot and a full-page magazine ad. I utilized a stunning luxury home as the canvas backdrop for my vision, capturing the essence of the agent's brand and professional identity.

Le Bon Nosh aims to celebrate the beauty of simple, seasonal food that includes a selection of freshly baked bread, pastries, and a rotating selection of fresh juices, quiches, and elevated classic dishes. The menu changes with the season and turnover of local produce to ensure all dishes are served at peak time and flavor. The coffee bar is entirely barista-driven and proudly serves Intelligentsia Coffee, and serves a thoughtfully curated pastry section, plus fresh artisanal breads.

Le Bon Nosh values the passion and craft of local farmers and artisans and makes a point to include a large bulk of their ingredients from local farms such as Decimal Place Farms,Hickory Hill FarmsRiverview Farms, and Woodland Gardens. The quality of their food is an excellent example of their simple philosophy; Let The Ingredients Shine.

This philosophy was put in place by the cafe's founder and renowned chef, Forough Vakili. Forough notably says, "I want every guest to feel like they are eating at my dining room table." This work employs practices that aim to make the world more sustainable and keep things approachable and authentic. Vakili created this cafe with intention formed partly from her diverse background as an engineer-turned-chef who trained at Le Cordon Bleu In Paris and worked at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Brittany, France.

This experience was the perfect storm to help create the vision that is Le Bon Nosh. "I created Le Bon Nosh to change how people experience food. My goal is to bring back the simplicity of good food and the art of hospitality. We bring excitement to eating by cultivating sensory experiences centered around delicious foods. I want to inspire my guests to eat wholesome foods, learn how to prepare them at home, and enjoy the holistic experience of eating." Vakili says.
