AT HOME IN PEACHTREE HILLS

with Melissa-Morris Fuller

Tucked into Atlanta’s Peachtree Hills neighborhood, Melissa Morris Fuller has made a name for herself by pairing business acumen with genuine warmth—and turning clients into lifelong friends along the way. A University of Georgia graduate with deep Atlanta roots, Melissa grew up in Brookhaven, attending St. Martin’s and St. Pius X before heading to Athens to study advertising. Her early career in the corporate fashion world gave her a sharp eye for branding and communication, but it wasn’t until a long dinner with her mother—top Atlanta agent Becky Morris—that her next chapter clicked into focus. By the end of the night, she had signed up for a real estate course.

Since launching her career in 2017, Melissa has become a driving force behind the Morris Raney Team, which quickly rose to a top 5% ranking citywide and held the #1 spot at Beacham & Company in both 2018 and 2019. Her knack for detail, combined with her account management background, brings a level of polish and professionalism that’s become her signature.

But there’s more to Melissa than closings and contracts. She serves on the Executive Board of the Shepherd Center Junior Committee, raising critical funds for the center’s donor-supported Recreation Therapy program. On weekends, you’ll find her walking the neighborhood with her husband, Will, snapping portraits of local dogs for her beloved @PeachtreeHillsPups Instagram account—or unwinding at Taqueria del Sol, a local favorite.

Melissa now works alongside her mother Becky and brother Dixon as part of the Morris Raney Team, blending family, career, and community into one seamless rhythm. With every client, every showing, and every signed contract, she continues to bring a refreshingly personal touch to Atlanta’s fast-moving real estate scene.

Inside Melissa Morris Fuller's Peachtree Hills lifestyle and her path from fashion marketing to top-producing real estate agent.

Real estate success doesn’t happen by accident—it’s often the result of intuition, timing, and an ability to see what others don’t. For Melissa Morris Fuller, that foresight came during a dinner with her mother, longtime top-producing Atlanta agent Becky Morris, at Haven in Brookhaven.

“I signed up for the real estate course that night,” Melissa recalls. “It was a terrifying decision, but definitely the right one.”

After graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in advertising, Melissa began her career in the fashion industry, handling social media, PR, and e-commerce for a major brand. While she loved the creative aspects, she quickly realized the 9-to-5 office life didn’t align with the freedom she craved.

Today, she’s a key force behind the Morris Raney Team, which ranked in the top 5% citywide for three consecutive years, and hit #1 at Beacham & Company in both 2018 and 2019. Alongside her mother and brother, Melissa works with a level of care and authenticity that’s helped build lasting client relationships and a steady stream of referrals.

I love what I do, and the people and clients I work with make it extremely easy to work hard. This career is so rewarding—there aren’t many jobs where you’re able to make an impact on someone’s life and home. It’s an unbeatable feeling.

From Fashion to Real Estate: A Seamless Transition

Melissa credits her background in branding and marketing for giving her an edge in real estate. She still actively manages her team’s social media, bringing a modern, polished voice to listings, promotions, and client engagement.

“It’s a fun creative outlet that I’m glad I still get to use. The transition felt natural after years of watching my mom and absorbing the business from the sidelines.”

Like many agents, her first year wasn’t without challenges—but having strong mentors helped her find her rhythm.

“Everyone works differently, so it takes time to develop your own style. I was fortunate to have the best to learn from. I can’t imagine entering the business without their support.”

The Work Ethic That Sets Her Apart

For Melissa, real estate isn’t about sales—it’s about service. Her clients often become lifelong friends, and she’s built a reputation for going above and beyond.

“My clients trust me and know I have their back. I would do anything for them.”

That same level of attentiveness extends to how she balances life and work with her family team.

“We have to turn off talking about work sometimes. Real estate requires nights and weekends, and it means being available, even if that means changing plans last minute for a showing.”

Why She Chose Beacham

Melissa says aligning with Beacham & Company felt like a natural extension of the family-focused, high-integrity values she holds.

“Our team has a similar dynamic as Glennis, Blayne, and Ben, and Beacham is a true family that genuinely wants to see all of their agents succeed. I’m proud to be with a brokerage that supports us individually, whether it’s a charity we’re involved with or a custom marketing piece.”

A City That Still Surprises Her

Having spent her whole life in Atlanta, Melissa’s love for the city hasn’t faded.

“My favorite thing is how unique each neighborhood is. I hope Atlanta never loses that charm.”

Peachtree Hills, and the Putting Green That Sealed the Deal

Melissa and her husband, Will, purchased their first home in Peachtree Hills, a neighborhood she says has always been her favorite.

“It’s the perfect location to get around the city, and it’s walkable to shops and restaurants. Everyone is friendly and loves to be outside—it’s so easy to meet your neighbors.”

As for what sold her husband on the property?

“That was a no-brainer. The putting green in the backyard sealed the deal for my avid golfer.”

Melissa now documents the neighborhood’s four-legged residents on her Instagram account, @PeachtreeHillsPups, adding a personal, charming layer to her local brand.

“You attract personalities that like the way you do business—whether it’s through referrals or your marketing strategy.”

Advice for New Agents

“Find a mentor or join a team. You can avoid a lot of mistakes with someone who knows the ropes. Most importantly, be authentic. You don’t have to wear a blazer or cold call to be successful.”
